This is a great product for those with caseless or custom case design. Seems well built and works great.I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because it does not have a sense function for the audio. This is why audio does not work without tweaking settings.To get audio to work, you need to disable front jack sensing. You can do this via Realtek Audio Manager or via the registry settings. A quick online search will provide instructions on how to do so depending on your driver.I would give this five stars if it had audio sensing built into it.

The USB ports work, the power/reset buttons work, the LED lights work great, the audio doesn't work. I've had this for about 7 months, and the audio part never worked, but for the price, it's fantastic. I stuck it to the inside of my desk drawer. The sticky part is EXTREMELY STICKY. I hope that I'm able to take it off one day. Or if it still works, then I'll just hook it up to the next PC that I build.

Pros:The power and reset buttons work.Power led is a a nice blue colour.USB ports work fine.Cable is long enough.Cons:There is little tactile feedback in the buttons.There is no hard disk activity led.The audio does not work. I believe this is because the audio connector is made for AC-97 (old standard) and my motherboard uses a HD-audio connector (new standard). Confusingly both connectors were designed to be physically the same.EDIT: Not sure what I did but the audio works now both the headphone and microphone port. Only issue is that the left and right audio channels are swapped.

Really good product and does what I wanted it to do...which was provide a power switch ON a desk for a PC that is UNDER a desk.Pros: Comes with an adhesive pad to mount on a surface if you want (I didn't use, but like the option there). USB and Audio Ports. Good planning on being able to route the cable through the expansion slots.Cons: The tail end of the cord splits to the various power/audio/USB connectors but I wish that the split point was about another 6 inches up. Because of the other expansion cards in my system I wasn't able to connect power/audio/USB....I could only get power and USB (or) audio.

I used this remote power switch to connect to an older Shuttle XPC I'm using in my custom arcade cabinet. The USB ports are handy to connect my wireless mouse and keyboard receivers without interference, and the power and reset buttons work as they should. The blue light is a nice touch for my case, although some may not like that if it's in their line of sight while using a computer..
