Deal with Scaitica back brace has been a huge help.I don't wear all day although I have gone the whole day wearing it. Very comfortable I love the strap or pulls, it allows me to change the level of support needed. Helps my posture. This was my second one, I lost wieght and got a smaller one. I'd been prescribed a more heavy-duty Aspen back support brace by my doctor which gave great support and pain relief but it really was too bulky to wear under clothing. I'm female and this might not be an issue for a male. This Aspen brace is less intrusive visually and provides good support and therefore pain relief. It works for me when out of the house. I'd originally ordered one size too small which I returned. This second order arrived next day after ordering in excellent condition. Another reviewer had cautioned to 'size up' if close to the end range and I didn't which resulted in my returned item. You want plenty of overlap to get the right compression for your back's requirements.

This is the second one I bought. I like the design and comfort and support, but the tightening strings loose grip on Velcro after a while.

Fits well

This is the perfect belt for me. Since having two back surgeries I sometimes need a little support. I really like how the belt is made of quality and the pull cords cinch it in the right place
