It took a little wiggle to get this adjusted to my need. Once you do that, this is a life saver. I used glasses with bifocals, and still, it was hard for me to work on small crafts. With this magnifying glass with light, it is great to be able to work on my crafts again. I love it.

Wow! What a difference magnification makes. Counted cross stitch is so much more fun now that I can see what I'm doing. Haven't stitched in decades and don't remember the Aida cloth being so tightly woven. I love this magnifier. I was very happy with being able to see 'up close' all those tiny stitches with no problem at all. I've been able to use it crocheting as well. I was actually able to read a medicine bottle the other day and fine print on a box label. The magnifier is set up next to my chair and I can easily move it out of the way when not needed. The circle of lights are so cool. Not only can you adjust the brightness, you can also change the warmth. Warm/Warm & white/White. Makes a big difference. The arm is able to extend and maneuver easily. I'm like doing Snoopy dances over it. I'm very happy with my purchase. I did have to make an additional purchase of lens cleaning cloths to wipe away the endless nose prints my dog leaves behind for me. ✌

I build model ships, often to small scale. As my eyesight has deteriorated, I needed more magnification.. My old 5x was not strong enough. This unit is REALLY 8x Although the viewing area is an inch smaller than my old 5x, the ring lamp is brighter and real glass and can be shaded from soft to bright. Best I have ever seen

My husband said that this magnifying light helps him so much When he is getting his fishing tackle/rods ready. It was getting hard for him to tie knots and now he can see so much better!

The light it produces is very comfortable. Just the correct amount. The magnifying glass is very strong I like it.

Works great so far but the magnifying glass is small and has a small sweat spot for focusing.

I had been using a 2X power magnifier/light and saw this one that is an 8X power that clamps on to my fly tying table, which takes up less space. I love it and highly recommend it! I needed to see the detail better, and this fits my needs perfectly! It stays where I put it, so I can't be happier!

Really nice unit. Different shades of light. Solid switch. I recommend spending a bit more and getting this unit. We'll worth the price.
