It work for some things, not for others.
So I got this to replace my dogs cone for all the hot spots around his face a head. So I needed something to keep his back paws from scratching. For that, it works. But, he’s still able to rub his face on stuff which is a no no. I use it now in-between using the actual cone when I’m able to be right next to him and watch him. But for this particular issue it doesn’t work.On the other hand I can see this being amazing for his neuter surgery in the future so I’m gonna hold onto it. Overall I think it’s a pretty cool thing and if it can work for your situation then it’s great. I love that it’s a little build in head pillow too hahaOnly super downside is the larger size you get the heavier it is and the drawstring that keeps it on the dog isn’t super legit and secure. If my dog cared enough to try and take it off I’m sure it wouldn’t take long. For little dogs I think it would be a more successful product.

Comfy sleep cone
My 12-year-old Boston Terrier has an eye ulcer and she needs to stop washing her eye with her paw. Normally I use a soft neck pillow that I attached to a dog collar. That works great during the day, but I was looking for something less thick for her to use at night. She sleeps in the bed with us and if she lays on her side with the neck pillow she snores like crazy. I purchased an XXL Gagabody for her (she weight 24 pounds and has a 15” neck). She was immediately comfortable in it…she hates stiff cones. I don’t think it would deter an active dog and it’s not going to prevent her from rubbing her face on something, but she has made no attempt to rub her paws on her face. I think this will be perfect for bed or when she is being supervised. And, as an additional bonus, she looks an awful lot like Saturn.

Functional for my dog who destroys literally everything
My 70 lb pit mix had an injured front paw. This held together and mostly kept her away from it. It was the best of half a dozen options. It is waterproof and easy to clean. The only downside is my dog managed to tear a small hole in it. It still was functional, though.

Wow what a difference
I usually don’t leave reviews immediately, rather wait to see how a product does over time. However, this felt needed. My German Shepherd (16mo) just got neutered and came out with the cone of shame. He was so incredible stressed, never got used to it. He didn’t sleep all night. Didn’t move. Cried. Panted. Couldn’t drink or eat, couldn’t use the restroom. He was had very high anxiety. I immediately came online and ordered an alternative, this one, and put it on the moment it was delivered. He of course isn’t in love wearing it, but the difference is absolutely amazing. He’s currently sleeping, using it as a pillow. He isn’t bumping into things, isn’t getting stuck trying to get through a doorway, he’s eating and drinking, using the restroom, all things he couldn’t do in the plastic cone. I was awake all night with him last night, tonight will finally be restful. HIGHLY recommend for cone sensitive dogs. Amazing difference.

Too small to fit over my 8.5 pound toy poodles head
I cut it wider and it works but still…

Perfect for giant breed dogs
The ring is soft and durable, and doesn’t crowd my dogs head. It’s lightweight and doesn’t seem to bother him! Plus is soft and doesn’t scratch anything!

Run very small
Had to finally get extra large for my small (20 lbs) dog. He can still manage to maneuver it around and lick his front paws sometimes

Cat escaped
Both of our cats were able to get out of it so I ended up removing the string and rigging it with a collar. Once that was done no more escaping. Not as thick at some others which our cat seemed to enjoy.
