Finally found relief for my daughter
My daughter suffers from neck pain from concussions and sports injuries. She has had trouble sleeping and terrible headaches. This pillow was recommended by her doctor and she loves it! She woke up the next morning and stated "I love this pillow! I slept all night and woke without any pain". I am so relived to finally find a good quality pillow for her neck. Thank you.

Not for stomach sleepers - company will text you if you write bad review! (privacy concerns?)
Updated review: I wrote a 2 star review because it wasn't comfortable for a side sleeper, as advertised (way too thick), so the company just texted me (?!?!) and offered to "give me extra commission" to remove my 2 star review. Reporting this to Amazon. Can't trust the reviews.I bought this because I sleep on my stomach. It was not "flat" enough - too puffy so it was difficult to sleep with. Seems like it would be good for side sleepers though. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it didn't work for stomach sleeper.

Super cool
The cooling effect one of the cases have is no joke. I love not having to keep flipping it over to the cold side since the fabric is so breathable. I thought I didn’t get the cases at first but then I realized they were already zipped on the pillow. I can’t say I’m having less pain yet but I really love how cool this pillow stays.

Not for me
It only inflates about 2 inches, the pictures makes it seem like 5 or so inches, I can't comfortably side on it

thickness not as pictured
Thickness not as pictured. Did not expect the pillow to be rolled up in a box. Left it out for more than 48 hours to decompress but it still seemed on the flat side.
