I just get a big mixing bowl and make a bath for the equipment I need to sanitize.

Buy the quantity. Smaller bags are not a value like this. Use it for cleaning carboys for beer and wine making.

It does what it’s supposed to! It’s the only true No Rinse I’ve found yet.I use this to sanitize kegs after using them for kombucha on tap and distribution. It’s awesome. Works exactly as advertised… I used to rinse it anyway just to be sure but I tested out the “no rinse” claim once and had no issues at all. Now I just sanitize as usual and then let them dry. I’ve never noticed a change in taste or any discoloration, and it doesn’t leave any residue. Only product I’ve found thus far that does ALL the things. Woohoo!! 🙌🏻🤪😁👍🏻

I bought this product to use in my wine making. I've never had a bad batch of wine, caused by an unclean Carboy, since I started using it. It's very economical, when purchasing the 5lb bucket. I find it is useful in other ways too. I drink a lot of sweet tea and usually make 3 gallons at a time. That means that one gallon, plastic jug, is empty for several days, waiting on the next batch. I've had problems with these jugs souring, witch usually will ruin a plastic jug. I've started putting 1/2 tsp, in each the jug, as they become empty, and haven't had a problem since. Great stuff and zero flavor.

I have read of people buying smaller amounts of this product but receiving something in a plastic bag. This is the real One Step and comes in the factory tub like in the picture

I bought this sanitizer to use for brewing and mead making. It works well and is easy to measure out since it is 1tbsp to 1 gallon. No complaints, works as described.
