Works great had my sun roof open and it somehow did not close all the way it seems as rain got in and made car smell musty and this product fixed that easy

What a GREAT product!! I purchased this Turtle Wax Power Out Odor eliminators in March of 2018 and waited to comment on them until I could Approve or disapprove whether this product worked (or not). I purchased a one (1) owner 2009 Hyundai Tucson in August of 2017 and noticed a slight cigarette odor immediately, but the salesman said that the owner didn't smoke and it was just that the vehicle was so dirty and nasty inside and out and after they cleaned it up it would be good as new. Well they cleaned it up and off I went. By the time I drove 50 + miles home, the full odor was back and worse. The smell good stuff that they put in cars to sell them usually don't last long, but the cigarette odor in this SUV tells me the person who had this vehicle since new, had a really bad smoking problem. I smoked for almost forty (40) years myself but never in a small enclosed area, so after not smoking for twenty one (21) years +, I can detect that particular smell easily. So before I even got home, I went to the auto parts store and bought four (4) BOMBS and set all of them off while still n the parking lot. After waiting about an hour I drove home. After the vehicle sat over night in the garage, I got in the next morning to go and was happy with the smell inside...until I turned on the a/c. It made me sick to my stomach, all cigarette, no smell good!! Since then I have bought Five (5) different brands of BOMBS and with all of those, the sickening odor was still there. Back in March of 2018 I saw on Amazon this Turtle Wax Brand of car odor killer. I said why not try one more time, so I did. That is why I waited until now (June) to give my review. I set a BOMB off one day and the other five days later. The new car smell IS STILL there!! I have always used the Turtle Wax Brand products for cleaning and protecting my vehicles. Turtle Wax Power Out for odors really got the bad smell practically completely gone. There is a very light odor still, but a can of this every six months will keep it pleasant inside. Hard to believe this little can does such a huge job!! Definitely recommend this product!!!!

It smells good at first. For once you drop it in your car and let it run out. After after a little bit of time it kind of smells funky weird. I don't have a smelly car I keep my car extremely clean. I just don't like using air fresheners that don't last and work. I was looking for something that holds a good smell for a long time. It doesn't pretty good job but it's just over time the smell gets weird. Maybe I'll get used to it. But overall it works really good.

Turtle Wax Power Out Odor-X Review:1st nused car in 24 years. Whatever the dealer used to mask the saturated cigarette smell wore off after a couple weeks and I could tell the previous owner smoked heavily. Read numerous reviews on Turtle Wax’s smoke eater-bomb, so I’m trying it.Received the Turtle Wax Power Out quickly, and set one off in the car. I wasn’t expecting much because the canister was about the size of a personal pepper spray. I was initially surprised because I was expecting to have a massive cleanup afterwards, but there was no residue on the upholstery or windows. Car smelled wonderful. I commute 30 minutes to work so my review is going to be a candid one over several weeks. I want to also be upfront in case someone else uses the Turtle Wax bomb the way that I did: I didn’t start the car and put the AC on full blast. I wanted to see if the most would sleep in to the pours of the car without assistance, after all, in theory, it should.Two days later, car still smells wonderful.Four days later, my commute to work has been so much more pleasant! Still smelling fresh.Week 2: Noticing the smell from the Turtle Wax Power Out fading, catching a glimpse of smoke again.Week 3: Smell from the Turtle Wax Power Out has gotten more faint.Weeks 4 & 5: traveling for work so I’m living in my car. I’ve noticed the smoke smell has returned and I can no longer smell the Turtle Wax product working.I bought 2 cans and will use the 2nd one but I am not anticipating any long-term changes at the ‘molecular level’ as Turtle Wax claims. Disappointed that I will have to search for something else before the next 5 weeks comes to a close.

I like how simple it was to operate

I've used Turtle Wax Odor-X for years, and have always been happy with how effective it is eliminating odors. When I saw this product and how it has a "New Car Scent". I mean, who doesn't love the scent of a new car? Well, if that's what you're looking for, this isn't it. This stuff has the scent of an article of clothing that has been washed in a cheap highly odoriferous detergent and then dried with a pungent dryer sheet. The inside of my car reeks like a fugitive from a cat house. My prayer is that it will only last for 30 days. I'm really counting on that "up to" in the "up to 30 days" banner, and hope that it will be a lot less. Until this stench is gone, I'll be driving with the windows down. Fortunately, it's Fall and it won't be too bad. But even if it was Winter, the windows would still be down. I'm just grateful I didn't try this in the middle of Summer's heat. Can you imagine the odorous cloud coming from the inside of a car that has been sitting in the sun all day with this stuff oozing from every pore and crevice? It makes my eyes tear up just thinking about it.
