Excellent WELL made drone with many features
I have been extremely impressed with this drone on numerous occasions especially at this price point. I am new to flying "real" drones after only fooling around with more toy like drones in the past so I thought there would be a big learning curve, but this drone has impressed since I've opened it.The drone gets you started in Beginner mode where you can learn some of the features while limiting how far and high your drone can fly to protect both yourself and your investment in the drone. This is nice feature right out of the fox and every novice drone operator should take full advantage of. I flew mine in this mode for the first 5-6 flights just to be sure I knew what was going on as this drone is not a toy and is capable of much more.Once comfortable with the flight controls, I finally set her free and how fun it has been. This drone is easy to control with lots of feature such as "follow me and point of interest video". The 4k video and pictures are evident with every snap and video taken, the images are crystal clear, and we got some excellent video and images while vacationing in Bermuda. The return home button is fantastic and has always brought my drone home safely, just be sure to set your return heights in the settings to coincide with the surrounding areas (i.e. if there are trees or poles in your flight path be sure to set the return home height above the height of those obstacles). The wind resistance feature is also amazing as in light winds its barely noticeable and even in heavier winds you can see and hear the drone battling the wind effectively. So many other features I'm still playing around with months later and learning. Since I'm a novice flyer this drone has had some bumps and bruises but nothing out of ordinary, mostly related toa rough landing while trying to control the drone in heavy winds near the oceanfront but its taken everything.I would highly recommend this drone both for beginners and more experienced, it has all the features to enable a rookie operator to learn and enough features to be a go to drone for a more seasoned operator who may not want to fly a more expensive unit in certain areas. And 1 finally thing I wanted to mention. The customer service of this company is nothing short of amazing. From the time the drone ships they follow up with you to make sure everything is going ok sending emails every so often to see how things are going, and to see if any questions you may have. The customer service team has always answered emails promptly and always to my satisfaction which is something that a lot of company's these days lack for these reasons alone this drone is worth the investment. I had a small warranty issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction and would like to Recognize the customer service representative Cherry specifically. She has been a godsend and am so happy with her customer service I feel like you she needed to be acknowledged in this review specifically. Thank you, Cherry, for your outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Buy this drone, you will not be disappointed.

Good Quality Drone for Your Money
There is nothing bad that can be said about this drone. I did research and found that this would have been the ideal one to purchase and I'm very impressed with the functionality, distance and photo quality. The controls are very easy to use and I have gotten around 20mins of flight time. I did have one issue with one of the batteries which has been quickly resolved by the RUKO customer service. If you want a good sturdy quality drone for your money, this is definitely the one.

Great drone for intermediate users!
I'm writing this review after owning my ruko f11gim2 for a few years now and recently running into some issues with the batteries which customer service had no problem resolving promptly, so I can say they stand behind they're product. After doing a good amount of research on this brand and various big name brands out there. I ultimately ended going with the ruko f11gim2 based on value and features and I'm glad I did. The build and materials on the drone feels solid and measures about 12"x 12", ive taken a couple accidental light crashes and it has continued to work flawlessly. It's fairly easy to pair to the phone even with the older wifi connection. Once paired correctly the added features in the app make it very easy to fly and control the drone even in winds and also provide ease of mind when flying with the return home feature. The picture and video quality is far better when being used and saved on an SD card rather than directly to the phone. At this price you cant beat the quality, value and build on this drone! Unfortunately I've lost all media taken with the drone but will upload once media is recovered.

So far so good
So far so good no problems with the unit and so far no crashes. But still getting used to flying this unit. It's got plenty of features but I do wish that it was a model that can be easily upgraded and modified with aftermarket parts but they are slim pickings when it comes to that stuff. But it is what it is and is a decent value for the price when on sale and it's easy to get extra batteries and props if needed. It does take decent video and still photos but it's far from a professional system. But it is great for filming the family and trips to some of the nicer parks in the region and its pretty fun to fly. I figured it out in about a weekend probably around 4 hours of flight time as a novice and can now fly it comfortably without fear a tree is going to appear out of no where and eat it . But being new to drones I am keeping my distance from power lines , trees, guid wires for poles or towers etc. Would I purchase again yes if on sale but not at full price. At full price I would definitely prefer to spend a bit more and go with DJI or a similar drone setup with more features available and aftermarket gear.As far as Ruko Customer service goes I have not had to contact the company but I did ask the store staff giving different responses for questions that other owners said would work Such as other sources for batteries etc but Ruko said that only their batteries will work when there's videos of people using non Ruko batteries and getting the same flight times and power as the Ruko brand batteries when the other companies batteries are $20 less. I have not tried the alternative batteries yet but if they are suppressing that information what else are theysuppressing? Or just not talking about. But thats the only negative things that I have seen. On a lesser note the Ruko case that comes with the drone should have room for extra batteries to be stored in the case but they only hold 2 batteries one on the drone and one in a pocket in the case. It would probably be a good idea for them to make the case slightly larger to hold 6 batteries and room for the chargers and various USB cords. Since the case should be able to hold everything the typical owners are going to have and use in the field or even at home or on vacation.
