Favorite Fun Schooling book yet!
This is our favorite funschooling math book. I homeschool and prefer a much more relaxed approach, leaning towards unschooling, but since my husband isn't on board with that (yet), we still have to find ways to get the one formal subject he insists upon in there, which is math.My 9yo Mine Craft loving daughter is having so much fun with it and I am too. We have the Comic Book Math and original Math Mysteries funschooling books, but this one is way more fun. My daughter WANTS to do page after page after page and I actually have to stop her so she doesn't finish the book right away. I'm making copies so she can do them over and over again and I can switch it up by changing the addition/subtraction to multiplication/division or add other numbers in to make it more advanced.HIGHLY recommend this one. We have quite a few funschooling books and many times my daughter and I both find the amount of coloring in the Funschooling books to be overwhelming, but we don't feel that at all with this one for some reason.

The best curriculum homeschool books out there
I’m in love with the learning tree’s homeschooling books. This is our first year homeschooling and I started off getting a few of these books and mixing it with some traditional online classes. Well my kids hate the online classes and love these books! This curriculum really teaches kids to learn! This particular book allows them to learn math thru the use of Minecraft which my 6 and 8 yr old are already obsessed with so we can’t go wrong here.

Too Easy and Redundant
Cute but a little too easy and redundant. Most of the problems are fairly simple word problems. They have a space for solving the problem but many of them don’t require working out. I wish they’d incorporated more Minecraft elements and included a variety of math skills.

Amazing
We love funschooling journals. We don't use them all the time, but when we do they are very much enjoyed. My 9 year old has always struggled with math, and it has caused many tears over the last few years. She loves this math journal though, and has done more pages than I require most days! She's enjoying it. I plan to couple the rest of this journal, and another funschooling math journal with Life Of Fred books. I think we will be making this combo our new math curriculum.

Must Have For Your Homeschool!
Great book for the little Minecraft person your teaching! Thinking Tree Books are the best. Inspires the best learning skills. We love Thinking Tree and highly recommend them. They are very addictive and fun! My daughter is so excited Everytime she gets a new one! They cover a lot of subjects and help you to research the subjects. You choose the best one for what your child is interested in and go from there. If you haven't tried Thinking Tree you should!

My son LOVES LOVES LOVES this book. The font is easy for him to read (he has dyslexia) and he can use it mostly on his own. The word problems are fun and cause him to think more than if it just listed a bunch of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems. He takes this book into his room to work on it even when it isn't time for school sometimes. :)

No answer key
This book is great with incorporating Minecraft, however, if you struggle with word problems like me then it may be a struggle when you don’t have an answer key to make sure you did it right.

Math meets Minecraft! Perfection!!!
So glad I bought one for each of my kids! I even bought one for my 13 year old and she grabbed it, went to her room and did the first 15 pages before going to bed! If your child loves minecraft, this is a winner! This covers addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, word problems, and more. Lots of room for creativity and sure to keep their attention.Perfect size, not too much that they won't finish, but enough to show a good amount of work. The Thinking Tree has done it again!

Good idea but rather basic
A lovely little book incorporating Minecraft and Maths. Probably more suited for children younger than ten. My son found the maths far too simple, but the idea is excellent

Not well-organized
This book only contains a series of questions “not” linked to each other (eg. No storyline, and even for the questions on the same page, they’re totally disconnected from each other).I feel it’s just a book using the name of Minecraft, but the pages are very plain and look no different from any other exercises. The Minecraft official workbooks are a lot better. But if just treat it as a normal workbook, it’s fine.
