This is a great product. Well designed and works perfecty. A "Must Have" for your little friends...We have two of them and both are excellent. Recommend to all to use..I have a question.. I need to purchase just the bottom panel to replace the one in our newest "Plus" size 15.7x9.9x7.1. While we were terraforming the landscape inside our hermit crab enclosure our autistic adopted son decided to go off the items we had chosen and agreed to use and dropped in a larger much heavier rock (which he dropped from a couple feet high) and that cracked and made some fissures across the bottom material. Packing tape on both sides kept the habitat going for now but I really need to buy a new bottom panel. Can you help or advise me where to go. The item is great and we certainly recommend it to all but no enclosure would have made it through that test. Will certainly buy more of the same item over time as needed..

We bought this for our two toddlers and they're loving it. We're using it for a few snails from out on our porch that our son calls his "friends".We got the largest option with the drawer so that we can possibly use it for a gecko or other animal later on. It was easy enough for the kids to help us out it together, seems very sturdy and sell made for the price. I do wish that the plexiglass was just a little thicker/rigid, but still seems that it'll last a long time. I highly recommend it.

Bought this for my nephews birthday to hold hermit crabs. They had it for less than month before it broke causing sand to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend spending the money for a higher quality one rather than starting with this one.In addition, assembly was not very easy. The instructions that are included were not informative.

The media could not be loaded. i bought this terrarium for my caracolus excellens snails, it is a nice clear tank but rather flimsy, the top gets stuck as well when you open it and you end up having to push the second back piece down or else the lid will snap, it’s kind of hard to explain so i’ve attached a video of what i’m talking aboutit retains humidity somewhat well when you plug up the vents, the temperature and humidity gauge is alright for animals that don’t require specific temperature and humidity needs, but i wouldn’t rely on it to heavily if you have more requiring animals such as some species of snail, which is why i’d get an actual hydrometer for the tank to keep an accurate check on humidity and tempother then that it’s a lovely tank and i highly recommend

I order this for my Gray Cross Spider and wished I had spent the extra money and purchased one from the Arachnid Shop. The pieces on this enclosure are thin and don’t properly line up and trying to get them to go together was nightmare. I ended up with several cracks in the plastic and used hot glue to seal them. I had put dry substrate in it and the dust and fiber came out through the edges due to them not fitting properly. So, I also used hot glue to seal the bottom edges and half way up each corner. This is not directly under any light or heat and the top door has warped. Also, the air vents are long and slotted and there was no way flightless fruit flies or blue bottle flies will stay in. I had to use sturdy acetate sheets cut to fit over those slots and poked a bunch of holes in each pies for the slots to have proper air flow. If I hadn’t desperately needed it I would have returned it. My little spider guy is happy and that’s what matters most.

This is a super cool terrarium. It is lightweight and it is easy to assemble. Please do not listen to the dummies who say that it is not clear and see-through. If you read, all you have to do is peel it off and it is clear underneath. Product is as described and packaged well. Thank you for this smooth transaction.The only thing I would recommend is more extra rubber seals, because just as I was installing them six of them snapped in half, and now I do not have any extras.

First, it comes with a small screwdriver, perfect for someone like me who is always losing screwdrivers. Second, my my crabs are enjoying the new bigger space. It's a good size, it was easy to out together, like puzzle pieces that fit together, they send small rubber bands that fit round the edges so the closure doesn't fall apart. Good Quality, good for my 2 hermit crabs, I added sand and moss. Appearance looks good. It was worth it, my hermits are happy now.

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter. Unfortunately, the drawer was broken into three pieces on arrival (see photo). I emailed the customer service address on the instructions, but more than two business days have passed with no response. I can probably repair the drawer with super glue, and I don't want the delay of returning it to Amazon and getting another shipped. We built the rest of the enclosure, which seems sturdy once you install the grommets, so I think this habitat will ultimately work fine, but I can hardly leave a positive review when the product arrives broken and the manufacturer doesn't respond.
