I ordered this for my son and his family for Christmas. Everything arrived in time however my son no longer needed it. The quality appeared excellent and customer service was amazing to work with on the return. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future

Very disappointed in operation instructions for fireplace. Not clear, poor grammar, doesn't give any guidance on how long you can run heat portion or just the flame portion. Plus there is a dent in upper left corner of fireplace when looking at the front. Will not order from "Joysource" again.

The media could not be loaded.  Saw all of the bad reviews and almost did not purchase. I bought it anyways and was pleasantly surprised. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that the remote to the fireplace arrived damaged but everything else was perfect.

I'm so disappointed with this item. The fireplace is dented at the upper right corner. I saw another review that had the exact same dent. Did they send me that defective item? Hmm. The glass shelf also has huge tape residue across it that won't come off. So annoyed bc this is $600? It's def worth half the price or less. We have a 75 inch TV sitting on top of it - hope it doesn't fall apart. The remote that came with it is totally different from this site and there's no button to heat up the fireplace. Ugh.

My tv will not fit. Measurements are not correct in the description.Hight and width is off by a half an inch.And length is off by a quarter inch.Is the fire place supposed to be wo loud when the heater is on. Honestly Don't waste your money on this product its value should be half the price.We also tryed to reach out to the vendor with no response. Very poor customer service.

Tv stand is a disappointment! Not only is the fireplace loud, when you turn on the heat, Italian a big pain to put together! Please save your $600 and find something worth the price!

I am giving it a 2 star right now, because i am waiting for a fireplace replacement since the first one arrived all bent up in all the corners, hopefully the new one will be nice and no dents. The stand itself looks really good, pretty easy to install, it took me like 1hour to assemble it, now i am just waiting for the fireplace. Will give better rating when i get the new fireplace.

First fireplace had a big crack in the logs. 2nd fireplace heater doesn’t work. Took them on their offer for a discount and just going to deal with the broken log one. Not worth dealing with extremely poor quality in the fireplace. The actual stand isn’t too bad, would compare directly with IKEA quality. Customer service was great.
