Passenger front window switch now works on drivers side
The media could not be loaded. I liked the price fit and finish of this master window switch for my 2014 GMC Acadia. I disliked that the color is a little bit different other shade of red than the rest of the switches in in the vehicle. However, for the price of $24 including a trim tool in two day shipping far outweighs the lowest price of my local auto store with a price of $110. I have given it four out of five stars due to the hue of red, being a little different, and, this one was only available with two day shipping while some of the white light switches were available with one day. I installed it on January fifth 2024 if it fails within a year I’ll return and change my review. I would add that the trim tool might help in the two plastic trim covers, but the door panel fasteners are so strong that you probably will want a metal door panel removal tool install was not difficult and none of the fasteners broke when removing the panel.

My passenger window switch on the master would go down but not up. The red color matches perfectly to all the other lights on my door. You need to remove the door panel to install this. The tool it comes with is to remove the switch from the door. You’ll see the 4 tabs once you remove the door panel from the door. Not hard but easier if you got a 2nd pair of hands to help hold the panel. Leave your man hands at home when removing the switch. It’s easy to break off the plastic tabs.
