Used this in place of the dim 60W bulb on garage door opener to plug in the 1 Pack Plug in Garage Light, 150W 15000LM Linkable LED Shop Light, 6500K Garage Lights Ceiling LED with 6+1 Deformable Panels for Garage, Warehouse, Barn, Basement (Built-in ON/Off Switch) mounted 3ft away on a joist to light up the garage when entering.

I wanted to give the product a rating of 1 star but, after reading the description, it is only rated for 5 amps and I plugged in a device that exceed that. I gave it a 3...although this could have easily started a fire.Please, please, please, if you purchase this, make sure you don't exceed 5 amps.I have no idea why any company would design something that you could easily overpower and sell it to general public. Use a proper gauge wire to avoid accidents for goodness sake.

We use this for decorating for the holidays in an area outside of our home that doesn’t have an outlet. This has been so convenient and keeps us from having to string extension cords across the yard.

Our house doesn't have a frontyard outside electrical outlet. Used the E26/E27 Light Socket outlet to plugin our Christmas lights. Worked prefect
