Just now I got the delivery today and the product is in good condition. I have not yet used it but i have measured its capacity by placing few 1 ltr mineral water bottles and few 1.25 Ltr Cold drink bottles. It can hold six 1 ltr bottles at a time.. and if we put 1.25 ltr bottles ,then it can hold 3 such bottles at a time plus one 1 ltr bottle. So, in my opinion this 11 ltr box is perfect for a family of 4-5 , the size is not so large hence it wont take much of space inside ur car..The above review was written on the of deliver but now after 11 months my latest review after using this - it can keep the stuffs cool almost for 24 hours. I put some fruits and cold drinks inside this and i was surprised that the fruits were fresh till 24 hours and the cold drink was also very cold. Its a perfect chiller box. Just go for it

Its handle needs to be strengthened adequately. I had to tie a rope around the box for carrying it during travelling in loaded condition, lest the handle would have broken in its very first use itself as per my assessment.Suggest for using 1.6-2 mm thick SS made "C" or "U" section channel along the length of the handle supporting the existing handle while moulding it at the time of manufacturing.

No cooling performance 48 hours

Not a great product. It's cover is not tight and no lock. U just keep it tight, so air goes inside and Ice melts quickily. Could have been much better if thre is a lock.

Have used it once for a day trip.. it does the job well. However, I kept feeling that the handle is too flimsy and won't take the weight of the filled box, so had to carry it like a baby to and from the car.
