Battery's lasts a good amount of time, sounds great!

Installed this onto my AT960 Helmet. I had to use the app to enhance the sound quality a bit. The speakers are decent if you have a Good Windshield to buff the oncoming wind but if not you may not hear any music playing. no issues when getting a call though. the buttons on the top and bottom of the control piece are kind of small though. make it hard to increase volume or skip tracks.

The media could not be loaded. The Speaker on the left side of the helmet (closest to the control buttons), isn't functioning. On top of that, when I try to scan/type in the serial number to register my product into the exo com app it doesn't accept it.Which is leading me to believe that this specific box has been returned before.The sound quality is ok, as long as you aren't going at high speeds. Once you're going fast you can barely make out what is being said through the speakers.Installing is easy, the part that caught me off guard is that the Battery's back panel was loose and fell off as soon as I was taking it out of the package. As for Battery life, it's lasted pretty good on standby especially since it took 5 hours to UPDATE the firmware through the app.This cost me as much as the helmet did... I refuse to settle for low quality, at this price especially!!!I'm returning this item.

It would be good if the sound can be louder.

This system was used for my scorpion helmet. It took about 10 minutes to install once I figured out how to take the padding out. Sound is good at high speeds. Voice control like Siri and bixby works well. Batter life is good for a several hour ride without recharging. Batter pack will be located by the nape of your neck inside the helmet. To charge you will need to slide the battery out of your helmets battery holder. Everything else will stay assembled in your helmet.

I own a Scorpion EXO helmet and wanted the headset. When the box arrived, it was damaged and there was no packing material inside. The package itself had been opened before I received it. The installation was easy enough and it paired well to my phone. The phone call quality was terrible and I've had better sounding music from a $5 headset. After reaching out to customer service, my only option was to return the item. When I purchased it, the price was over $100 more than it was 2 months ago (I couldn't afford it until now). Very disappointing.

Sound quality could definitely be better, especially with wind and road noise, but overall, I'm happy with this product. Only weird thing is, when the battery runs out, it emits this crazy vibrating reverberation sound that kept ringing in my ears for about 10 minutes after I ended my ride. I couldn't power the thing off after that started, and was stuck listening to that horrible sound. I wish it alerted me to the battery being low, so I could know to turn it off, but no such alert sounded... Now I just make sure I charge it after each use...
