Knobs work great
Knobs are not often stocked in the big box stores. This knob replaced one which broke, and it fit perfectly. Now the shower fan is working again.

Perfect replacement knob. Just know you have to push it pretty hard to get it on the post. But once it’s on there, it’s not going anywhere

It worked
The previous knob for my bathroom exhaust fan cracked and fell off over a year ago. I stumbled upon this identical knob and purchased it for around 15$ Canadian. I realized I was basically robbed for a tiny piece of plastic. But it works perfectly and I didn’t have to replace my fan switch.
