I’m a 52 year old female who was taking either Benadryl or melatonin nightly in order to sleep. I stumbled on a YouTube review of this product and thought I’d give it a try. After about a week, I take nothing to help with sleep plus I’ve been having vivid dreams again. I haven’t had vivid dreams in forever!!!! On my third bottle now.

I believe it to be just water…no effect whatsoever and I trie two bottles of it…major waste of money

Some things may seem ‘out there’ but if they work they work. I have been taking this product to help me with sleep. I sometimes wake up during the night and cannot go back to sleep for hours at a time. My nutitionist recommended i start taking the water during the night when i wake up. When i do, i go back to sleep immedietely! And i mean immedietely! It is pretty amazing. I am planning to continue taking it morning and evening for the next few months to see if my sleep issues will clear up on their own. In the meantime, i am very grateful to have this product!

I use a number of different supplements to help with peri-meno symptoms. This was highly recommended by a You Tube influencer that it worked just as well as Benadryl to help her fall asleep.I have gone through 2 bottles so far and am ordering a third. I do not know how well it works as there are times I can fall asleep and sleep through the night. Other times I either can't fall asleep for a long time and/or wake up in the middle of the night and cannot fall back asleep, despite using this product every night. I still go through my very warm flashes at night as well.When I get my third bottle I am planning on stopping for a week to test if it does indeed work for me, that way I can start again and not worry about ordering and waiting for delivery. I have done this with my DIM supplement and could definitely tell the difference when I stopped using it. If I have more sleeping issues and more warm flashes I will try it again to see if it indeed addresses these issues.For reference I already regularly use a wild yam progesterone cream and DIM supplements. And I am on a plant based diet. I experience mild to medium peri-meno symptoms. - sometimes a very 'warm' flash but mostly the irregular sleep patterns.Regarding my personal opinion of this product, the negatives are that I think the pricing is too high for most people, especially those of us who are already using other supplements. There should be a better description of either the ingredients or mineral/supplement content, it does seem sketchy that there is no listing of ingredients. All self-proclaimed "proprietary" product are still required by law to list their ingredients. Not listing the ingredients or the supplement facts is very elusive and it is not helpful to people who may have allergies or reactions to the contents.My positive experience with this product is that it is simple to take and tasteless. I take about 7 pumps at night. And that is may help my sleep patterns more than not.

My wife was intrigued by this and thought it worked some of the time but inconsistently. She said that we should save the money and stick with evening primrose oil.

Love this product! I am a super hormonal female with hot flashes! This works best for me and I highly recommend trying for anyone who has hot flashes during day or night. I have tried many other products, but this works the best.
