Good Value, Easy Install
Installed on a 2007 Toyota Avalon with worn out actuators. Install was a breeze. They’ve been in service for over a year, no issues.

Great value for the price!
Easy to installed and works great. We’ll have to see how long they last, that will be the true test.

Do what they are suppose to.
Supports work well, but one at times comes off the hood connector. Maybe it is more the car connector vs. the shock.

2006 Toyota Avalon perfect fit
OEM Struts just went out after 16 years. These aftermarket struts seem to be strong and fairly price , but not sure how long will last.

Quality product
Arrived fast. Easy to install. Save yourself the trouble of trying to hold the hood up with your head while checking the oil. Well worth it.

Simple installation but not super easy
Finally broke down and decided to fix the hood struts on our 2005 Toyota Avalon. The dealership wanted a little over $400 to install new ones & Auto store $150 for parts only. Consulted YouTube videos and decided to give it a try and install them ourselves. The installation was simple but it took some work to pry the new clips open a bit to slide over the ball. From beginning to end it took less than 30 minutes. That included a little first aid (cut my finger), finding a flashlight and adding lube to ball & joint. Saved $375 can’t beat that! Going out to celebrate!
