I went through 2 other control panels before finding this one. The first two would let the front windows down... that was it. This is It the right one for my 2014 jeep cherokee latitude. Be sure to check the part number closely. This one functions perfectly!

useless product, only the rear windows work, better not to throw the money away, I just wasted time and money, now it is in the trash, it is useless

The part did not have the proper connections to work in my 2016 Jeep as stated. Had to be returned.
