Update this tool will print with wifi with a newer printer I tried with an old Epson and it wouldn't find my printer I updated my printer with an HP and it worked just fine; the thinktool service team is horrible they don't know there product very well but it will print with wifi. There team told me this scanner would not work with wifi.

This scanner has a lot of features for the price point. I couldn't get it to work on fca vehicles with secure gateway but ended up finding a solution. You have to choose thinktool pros on autoauth and it works. Customer support is not the best. The seller was way more helpful but this review is t about the seller. O have 2 snap ons and an older launch. This scanner is very capable. It has issues such as the camera doesn't work for vin scan and has some broken English in some of the menus, but don't underestimate this tool.

Easy to use

So far so good, bidirectional tests have worked on chevys and fords i have tested ranging between 2011 and 2015 models, the PID refresh rates are high enough to actually be used for diags. ill post updates over the coming months.What i dont understand why they excluded an internet browser. this thing is locked down HARD, so you cant install one. Id like to be able to access AllData on this scanner while working on a car. I have 4 Scanners from Thinkcar, the only one that has a browser is the cheapest sub-$200 ThinkScan s6. If that was available i would put the rating back to 5 stars

Would be a great scanner. Loved it. But was advertised to be capable to be used on Commercial HD Trucks. However, it is not. Wasted my time on that one. That is why only 3 stars. Incorrect advertising and description.Update with more Details:Trying to find the right scanner I was able to compare this ThinkTool with comparable models of its competitors.ThinkTool: Great User Interface, Topology module is awesome, overall wanted to love it. But I needed HD Truck capability and despite advertised as such it wasn't able to do that. Which is what their tech support confirmed. I compared this to MaxiCom MK908 and a Launch431Pro3S+HDIII. The MK908 hardare is awesome quality. But the interface is very cumbersome. Worst I have seen. And what is worse, the software is very incomplete. I.e. missing many functions on a Range Rover and BMW which the other competitors have no problem with. Eventhough I didn't get this for HD Truck, I loved the hardware. Unfortunately the seller sent a used item with 1 months of subscription used up and visible wear on case. Response time was aweful as it was not as claimed an authorized dealer. The Launch431 now does it all. It does the HD Truck, however, be aware that for some you may add subsciption based modules at $199.00 a year. The hardware is comparable with the ThinkTool. The interface is easy to use but not as need and smooth as the ThinkTool. Overall, I REALLY liked the module topology on the ThinkTool Interface. Software was complete and much better than on the MK908. It would have been my favorite if it would have had the advertised HD TRUCK capability.
