Tight fit
Headphones are a tight fit so hurt after a while. People have noted that I sound like I'm under water despite the microphone being a sensible distance from my mouth. Microphone a bit too flexible and I can see it bending too far. Sound quality for me is excellent and being Bluetooth is super useful

Waist of money. Broken after 31 days of very light use
Looked great, was really comfortable to wear.BUT.....I have used this twice in a month. Now it's completely dead. Won't switch on and won't charge.I have had this item for 31 days so can't return it as there is a 30 day return policy.Spend a few more quid and get yourself a better brand of headset.Joke!EDIT - After messing about with the Amazon virtual chat bot, I got to chat with an actual person and they agreed to take them back and refund me even though it was 1 day after the 30 days return policy

Will no longer charge.
Had them less then 2 months and now will no longer charge at all. So pointless as wireless headphones. Worked well when they did just a shame they didn’t last long

Can be a bit painful on the ears after long periods but besides that very good.

Great speakers, poor microphone
I thought these were great for using with Teams and listening to music while I work. I soon found out that the microphone is very muffled and received lots of complaints that I couldn’t be heard.
