Buen producto

In making Pomades and such, I'm confused about BTMS-50... should I count it as a binder material?I kind of doubt it. Evidently it's just an emulsifying wax. But... out of the bag, it's stiffness isn't that bad at all.

The product itself was fine, however it came with no instructions on how to use it. Can you please have the seller forward the instructions for this product?

I wanted Btms50 and this item is Btms 25 it has two ingredients Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Ceteryl alcohol Btms. 50 has 3 ingredients it has Behentrimonium Methosulfate , Cetyl and Butylene Glycol.

Mal olor. Huele a pescado.

This cannot be btms 50. I bought 2 bags and my formula is extremely runny. I’ve made the products 100 times. All 3 of my formulation are runny. It smells like btmc. Very fishy. I know exactly how each one is supposed to smell.Did you cheat me ? I’m in the haircare business and cannot afford to make products with the wrong emulsifier.Amazon you need to look into this. I’ve spent a lot of money over 2 years with my business. This is a 1st and needs to be a last. This can jeopardize business for me.
