Not an exact fit in handle
It was late getting here. This item is 1 of 5 in this order, and all 5 items are shipped by Amazon. Started out in a suburb of Kansas City, then went to another suburb of Kansas City. Then shipped to me. I live about 2.5 hrs drive from Kansas city. Tracking info was posted to the town where I live. Package showed to be on time. All of a sudden, package was DELAYED!? Doesn't make sense to me. Posting false information is kind of like false advertising. My opinion. This reason alone is why I'm not a Prime member.I ordered this for my 1991 Evinrude remote. Can't get original parts anymore. This is a Chinese made switch. Not an exact fit into the handle, but I believe I can make it work. And THAT is the million dollar question. How long will it work? I'm only giving 3 stars.1) because it didn't arrive on time and I don't know why.2) because the reviews on every switch that comes from China don't last very long. Most don't last 1 year.
