The Moth Presents All These Wonders: True Stories About Facing the Unknown

Very nice package but I ordered October 8,2022 and received at November 14,2022!! why??I live in Norway, it should be much faster.

This book was packaged for safe shipping and arrive in EXCELLENT condition! What a great deal! The stories in the book are true and uplifting! This is a great read for all ages! Be inspired!

"All these wonders" is a great book, especially if you like short stories. I read a few books at a time, and this one is perfect for reading first thing in the morning or before bed. These stories were initially for the Moth stage and adapted slightly for the book. Also, a good book if you are working on crafting your own stories for stage or print. I enjoyed this book so much that I immediately purchased the next collection of stories, "Occasional Magic."

Let me begin this review with my impression of the exterior design of this book. I typically don't purchase hard back books for the sake of comfortability. I like the feel of a paperback and often travel with books so the lighter the weight the better. This book, however, is amazingly comfortable to hold and the gold embossed cover design is so incredibly gorgeous a paperback cover simply would not do it justice.As an avid Moth listener and book collector, I was thrilled to add this to my collection and ordered two copies pre-sale. When it arrived I immediately began reading and was thoroughly impressed with the sequence of the stories and how lightly the original content was edited. I have heard a lot of these stories on the podcast and reading them was just as good, if not better, as hearing them live.I've given a copy of this book to a dear friend as a gift and am considering buying several more copies to distribute as everyone should have this book in their life.

This is a fantastic book of life stories from people of different ages, from varied countries and relating incidents that happened in a variety of time periods. I loved the diversity of the stories and the different perspectives that are presented. Some of them touched me and others showed me incidents and events from another person's point of view that I may not have considered. This book is really good and I can hardly wait to read the other compilations that are available.

I have been looking for a good short story back for a while and this was exactly what I was wanting I just purchased the second one I hope they keep coming! Beautiful relevant stories, I took some thing with me out of each and every one!!

You’ll need a comfy chair for this one. Tons and tons of gems all throughout this wonderful book. Would strongly recommend for any level of reader. Or if you were gifting to someone who maybe isn’t as much of an avid reader. Easy to pick up and read at any time

Tears of joy, sadness, anger. All of it came out reading these stories. The stories I really connected to I researched more about the authors and got to know other books they wrote so great book also if ur looking for different authors and books in the future

The second book by The Moth, with more incredible true stories. If you don't know about The Moth you can hear the stories told live on stage, on the web site.(you must look it up) I do prefer the first book a bit more but these are still amazing and sometimes funny and sometimes heartbreaking to read. The book arrived quickly. It is a hard cover and looks nice on the bookshelf.

Stories are well written by a variety of authors. I like the fact that the short stories have themes and are concise. Some will make you laugh out loud , some will make you weep. I'll return to this book again and again.
