I returned this defective product (the gimbal can't be turned on) on 5/31/23 using Amazon return label.Today's 6/8/23 already the status still shows "product on the way back". The refund won't happen until they receive the product. Problem is I can't talk to anyone about this problem - there's no customer support number I can use. Today's I'll go to UPS store with their return shipping receipt to see if they can help.Why did they sell this defective product after so many complaints about the same problem?

An amazing gimble. I ran it out of the box - no modifications to the settings. I wasn't expecting the best results while recording in a utility vehicle at a construction site. What I got was the best results, beyond what I had hoped for.After an hour or so it gets to be heavy for handheld shots. I attached a monopod where the supplied tripod connects and rested between movements.This is my second gimble. To be fair the first one is about 5 years old. I am really amazed with the build quality, response and ease of use of the MOZA Air 2S Gimbal Stabilizer. At this price I can get two of them!

I purchased this gimbal and after troubleshooting for several hours researching online, realized that the battery was inoperable in the unit without having used it whatsoever. The product arrived completely useless and would not turn on.I returned it for a replacement which then had THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase this product. They are selling products that are completely dysfunctional.

This is the first gimbal that I have owned and I was very impressed with it! I will list some pros and cons about this gimbal, but honestly, I was really happy with this buy!Pros:- They sent me a free backpack for the gimbal along with what already comes with it- Excellent customer service- Feels very sturdy- Connected immediately with app (Moza Master)- Is rated for a 20h battery life (have not tested this yet but I am hoping it stays true to this)- Has a great payload compacity- Really great improvements from the Air 2- Packaging was very professional- Comes with great accessoriesCons:- The instructions on setting up the gimbal are very vague and not much support or how-to videos (wish that they had an instructional video)- The battery buttons are confusing. You have to turn on the battery before you turn on the gimbal, kinda a confusing process- The arms are hard to adjust because they get stuck so it is hard to get a precision measurement when balancing the bimble out.- Very little instruction on setting it up- There was a sleep mode that I could not figure out how to turn off and there was nothing in the manual or website about how to fix it. I had to fully charge the gimbal and then it worked. So when you get the gimbal, out of the box, fully charge it.- The focus assistant that you can buy struggles with staying onto the focus ring, still trying to figure this out- Gimbal is a bit heavy so I had to add on handles to get better support, I wish that they had a curved handle like the Zhiyun Crane 3S hasThese were just some things that I wanted to share about my experience, But I really recommend this gimbal! I'm excited to use it in my projects!

Thought I would take a shot on this thing despite the product reviews. This turned out to be a mistake. My product also came broken, after researching, it's just a defective brand. The fact that Amazon is still selling these things is beyond me.Do not buy this garbage.

Not easy to understand how to setup and how it works. After getting through the learning curve you will enjoy this tool. It feels high quality and is very interesting to learn using it. But it is not called easy, it takes some serious watching of a lot of videos to understand.

Fully charged and will not power on. I've read a bunch of people online having this same problem, and those who did manage to get it to turn on say the batteries stop working shortly thereafter. Do not buy

El estabilizador por lo que entendí es bueno pero no lo pude utilizar.Este modelo tiene un problema grabe de fabricación y es que la batería o la conexión puede salir defectuosa, que fue mi caso, buscando en foros resulta que no hay solución.¿Que sucede?Al conectarlo y encender la batería esta ase queda parpadeando. Y al intentar encender la cámara esta muestra el menú de selección de idioma e inmediatamente se apaga.No, no tiene solución por lo que si notas este defecto debes devolver inmediatamente. Un verdadera lástima.¡No es culpa de el vendedor! ¡Excelente servicio al cliente!

Ricevuto il gimbal, messo in carica subito perché la batteria si accendeva e spegneva subito, dopo oltre due ore di carica la batteria era morta. Riprovato il giorno dopo con altro carica batteria di maggior amperaggio, ottenevo lo stesso risultato, nessuna accensione. Soltanto tenendo inserito il cavetto di ricarica al carica batteria, i led alla base si accendevano in sequenza per poi spegnersi subito. Prodotto restituito.

He pedido tres unidades de este producto y ninguna de las tres cargaba. Es un poco loco que de tres unidades vengan con problemas. No hemos podido hacerlo funcionar. Nadie recomienda ya moza. El servicio postventa casi no existe. Son chinos y te devuelven el mail a la semana o 10 dias. No vale la pena no compreis esto. Devuelto.

Pour remplacer un moza air 2 mort après 3 ans sans raisons, j'ai pris le 2S. A l'arrivée le produit ne charge pas, batterie à plat. Suite à une discussion avec le SAV, ils ont peur de m'en renvoyer un autre, car il sont tous buggés dans les entrepôts. Ils me recommandent un air cross 3,clairement pas adapter à mes besoins. Je renvoie, remboursement rapide. Je passe désormais chez Dji pour quelques euros de plus. Faites de même, en particulier si vous êtes un professionnel de la vidéo.

Just the fact that I can power my BMPCC 4k & 6k using this gimbal makes it a game changer. I had to switch from RS2 because of that feature only which meant lighter load for me because I didn’t need them weight of extra V-mount batteries.Bmpcc 4k + Sigma 18-35 work smoothly with this gimbalSame to Bmpcc 6k + Sigma 18 - 35
