Great rake for the price; exceptional
First off, Customer Service is EXCELLENT!!! I did not know that the vendor would ship in two packages. I received the rake frame (out of Georgia) in two days after order. I queried the vendor on a Saturday afternoon reference where the rest of rake was - received answer from Adele early AM on Monday with tracking number. Tracking number was searched (again out of Georgia) and the shipper, who will destroy an anvil on the best of days, damaged the 3 point hitch and tines crate to the point it was undeliverable. Shipper sent crate back to Georgia (never made it here to NC) and promptly lost the crate for three days. In any case, I queried vendor again and they immediately (within a couple hours) responded that I could get a full refund or they would send another 3 point/tine package. I asked for another 3 point/tine and Vincent had a response with a couple hours with new tracking number. I received the replacement shipment relatively intact. It was well packaged, good quality cardboard, taped on all seams, and had multiple banding on it. No directions but is fairly straight forward on assembly. All hardware was metric grade 8.8 (same as SAE grade 5 - sufficient for application) with locknuts with the nylon insert. I added blue loctite just to make sure.ALL the holes lined up. No idea about folks who complained. Welds were full length with minimal spatter. Powder coat was pretty but time will tell how long it will last. I may end up painting the unit Kubota Orange in any case.Took an hour to assemble. Only negative comment is if you have a "quick hitch" like on my L2501, you have to manually place the rake onto the quick hitch. It sits too low on ground and the pin at the upper mount won't clear the upper quick hitch hook unless the lower two pins are already seated. It is inconvenient but I can live with it. I used it to rake my 600 foot crusher run driveway and after a few passes, it was perfect. I would not use this rake for root infested landscaping or run it fast over a surface. I had the Kubota at idle and took it easy. This is a good light-medium duty rake for a homeowner or light farm use. If you plan on using this for commercial or heavy farm use, it does not have the weight or strength for rough use.In short - customer service was unexpected fantastic! Quality was great for price paid. Everything fit without drama. Thank you to Adele and Vincent!

Cracked and broken welds.
It works at raking up rocks ok, but it is poorly made. After 30 minutes of rock raking this thing had to be disassembled and have all the welds redone. After breaking 1 weld I started checking the other and all but 1 weld wasn't cracked.

Good value for the money
As advertised. Takes some time to assemble, but seems sturdy and works as expected. Fit nicely on my compact kubota tractor.

Worth it in the end.
The rake arrived in two different boxes. Puerto the weight I can understand this, but they should have informed me of that. But it's possible they did and I missed it. One box arrived fine and in good condition. The other box arrived all torn up with tape all over it. Washers and nuts had fallen out of the box into my driveway when delivered. I opened the box and it looked like it was a return. The sealed package containing nuts, bolts, and washers was opened and missing about 1/2 of what was needed to assemble it. But inside I found a zip lock bag with more nuts and bolts, but I was still short about 10 nuts and washers, and 5 bolts. I called the customer service and they would not help me since I bought it on Amazon. I contacted Amazon and their customer service was wonderful. They gave me a very nice credit, and I bought the nuts, bolts and washers myself for about $5.00. Now the rake was fairly easy to put together. It appears to be of good quality. Worked well when I used it. I had some frustrating moments with this implement. But Amazon did their best and made it right.

Came fast, and quick to put together
So I wasn't sure what I was going to get for under $600 but I don't need anything so heavy duty it costs twice as much. That being said its very heavy and well built, I wasn't expecting that the tynes come as a 6 pack in one section (total of 4) but they still get 6 bolts per section (they give you a few extra which is good as I lost one in the grass) I was silly and didn't put loctite on, so I'm sure Ill loose a few down the road. There are NO instructions, but its not hard to figure out. All put together and its to heavy to lift but thats why we have tractors. Oh and only 1 can of green with several coats fixed the color real quick. šOne last thing.. It came in 3 THREE!! days, I was not expecting that.

Well-built, but with a few issues
Product arrived with some of the paint, scuffed up, exposing some of the metal. Unfortunate as the spots will be more inclined to rust if I donāt touch them up.Mine did not come with any instructions, so I had to rely on the photos on the Amazon, listing, to figure out how to assemble it. Assembly was not difficult. The steel sleeve that fits at the top of the three-point system did not fit the hole, the hole was too small, so I had to spend some time filing to make it fit.Product seems well-built, thick, gauge steel, but disappointed in the overall quality, Q/A.

Good rake for the price
I didnāt want to spend double the price for a tool I might use 2-3 a year. This rake works as expected, was easy to assemble. Held up great the first time dragging a long stone driveway so I could redo it with new stone.

Poor workmanship
I seen other reviews that said the holes didn't line up when installing the tines. I thought maybe the customer might not be mechanically inclined. I was wrong!! out of 32 holes only18 lined up. I had to drill the rest. I was at my off grid cabin and fortunately had the right size drill bit. Unfortunately it BROKE drilling the third hole. I had to leave camp and drive 20 miles to buy a new one. The rake itself seems to be of good heavy material but the companies workmanship is very poor. I would recommend looking elsewhere.EDITED 04/30/2024 The company more than adequately compensated me for the inconvenience.Thank you YINTATECH
