Keeps my vial of insulin from degrading in warm temperatures. I had to have a freezer to freeze the gel insert daily.It is very effective, easy to pack, goes through TSA check with no problem. Great product.

Perfect for taking any vial meds on a trip. Stayed cold in the container for a 24 hour travel day. Liked the medical alert tag so anyone checking would know it’s a prescription drug. My vials are small so I did wrap them up in a little extra padding. Awesome product. Never a worry or second thought.

Very sturdy. I like to two options of having either a refrigerator item or frozen item. I haven't taken it through TSA yet but I hope it is compliant.

Bought this for my son’s growth hormone medication (genotropin) when we were traveling. I was a little upset it only held the device or the cartridge and not both. We were in the middle of a cartridge before we left on our trip and I had to waste the rest. It did keep everything cold and was easy to transport. TSA was confused over what it was though but on the way back we pointed it out first so it wouldn’t go through the scanner and get flagged.

I have Humira pen that needs to go into the slim bottle. It barely fit but I figured by using the thermometer cloth that came with will make it easier to pull out the pen. It works very well. After 24 hours it remains 4C. I love the compact size. I did put the bottle in the fridge for 12 hours before adding the frozen ice pack.

Item was as advertised - accommodates two injectors - tested the cooling and it held within limits for 24 Hrs.

I travelled from 2:0Opm EST to12:30 am PST and the medicine remained very cold.

I knew I was in trouble by the time I got to the airport. It was obvious which side of the container the gel pack was in because that side felt much colder. If this container was very well insulated, it would have kept the cool inside. I shouldn't have been able to feel it conducting through like that.Sure enough, by the time I got to my destination, my meds were lukewarm. They were still clear, and this is not life-sustaining/critical meds, so I went ahead and used them. I still had one to get home and become concerned because we were checking out of the hotel hours before our departure flight. I was able to keep the entire container on ice until reaching the airport, but even that didn't keep the gel from melting. I know this because I got flagged by security for having a liquid. They wanted to double check that it was still frozen solid, as per guidelines. The TSA agent opened it up and I told him to be careful poking around as there was a pre-filled syringe inside and so he just handed it back to me after opening it. After that first flight landed it was time for me to inject and the med was clearly room temp.Net: Spend extra and get something better. This is no bargain as it won't keep medication cold even for 8 hours.
