We had a white chef coat personalized for our son and it turned out awesome. We were also pleasantly surprised that it came with a hat. The embroidery turned out great just as we wanted it to be.

Awesome customer service. The product was 1day late due to postal service issues. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it would show up the next day and it did. The product was beautifully done and im sure my son will be pleased. The shirt is thinner material for summer use whic is what he needed.

This item is not refundable. The name is on the wrong side. And I had ordered a medium and Receive a large. The material is very, very thin. It's very cheap looking. Not a good productDon't waist your money. I have sent the seller a Refund requests so I have to wait 48hr than I guess I see what other steps to take to get my money back.

I ordered this in December for my husband’s February birthday.The item came quickly. I should have checked the coat for accuracy but did not. When he opened it we noticed an error in the embroidery. By now it was way past the return date. I contacted the company and explained the situation. They refunded me half my money back. My husband absolutely loves the chef coat even with the ‘embroidery error. I’m so happy with quality of the product and with the customer service that I ordered a second one. Hopefully the embroidery is correct this time.

I don't understand why the listing says you can have both sides embroidered but then they call you and say you can only have one side. Disappointing. The jacket itself is okay but cheap. The buttons hang loose on one side.
