Exchanged high ceiling bulbs without dropping a single one. Suction was excellent. Would like to have one with a net or basket attachment.

The media could not be loaded.  Really simple to put it together. The pins maybe worry some because after a few uses or longer... Possible pins may become defective but that's just my thoughts. The plastic screw didn't like the plastic roller.... So while I was rolling out some roof latex sealer, it kept popping and made the roller wobble. Other than that... Could be good. Maybe next time get a roller with a metal screw in. Price is great no complaints on that

I purchased this item to paint the interior of my home. I didn’t even get to paint one whole room by the time it broke in two different areas. Would not recommend. The links and the adjustable tip are definitely the weak point of this product.

There were no assembly instructions in box at all. Was it new, or returned??????

I have been using this to knock down dead wasp & hornet nests from my barn as well as to paint my bathroom & bedroom. I have used it 4 times already and have great success with it. It extends easily and is quite sturdy at length to detach the wasp nests from the top of my barn to make them come down. The end has a screw type attachment on it so I have put a little broom on there as well as triangle like "cleaning" attachment (which seems to work great for knocking down nests) but I also test-fit my rollers for painting. I plan to use this for painting, but I haven't painted with it yet. However my contractors did come and paint and one of them used it, they didn't say anything to me about it though and I didn't know they used it until after they left. So anyway it works as intended, not much else to say!

The assembly is by snaping two pieces together; each has a spring that makes it easy to disassemble. I like that it is not the screw-type because those start getting loose with the use, and I need re-tighten the poles. The pole is sturdy and will accommodate any standard attachment; I use it with a squeegee. It does not have instructions for the assembly; I had to go to Amazon to look at the pictures and position the handle in the right spot.

It worked for small bulbs not for bigger ones it got stuck on bulb and pole wouldnt turn
