Terrible Manufacturer Customer Service
I ordered this parcel box and it did not include instructions for changing the lock code and the key, for the mail slot, does not work. I tried calling Vevor customer service multiple times, but as soon as I hit 1, the line disconnects. Tried hitting 3 for shipping & receiving and it told me it was an "invalid entry." I have chatted online with them 3 times: the first person told me they would email the instructions that day, the second time I got absolutely nowhere and was left believing they are all bots, and the third said they would contact Amazon to help me. Not getting my hopes up.

DO NOT PURCHASE
This is a complete waste of money, do not buy this mailbox. The locks are cheap and can probably be broken into very easily. When it rains everything gets soaked, there is no way to keep water out. I can’t stress it enough, if you want quality do not buy this product.

This is a peace of junk.
The mail box is not water tight. In fact anything the postman delivers will get ruined as the water sits inside the box. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
