This is a well thought out design, craftsmanship and wood - very impressed with this cutting board.I haven't had a chance to use it yet but can't wait to try it out.I read many reviews and researched about different woods and materials for cutting boards, this board is exactly what I was looking for and the price for this quality is excellent. I can imagine though some not liking it because of the design however I like this board specifically for its design and usefulness for different applications.I give it a 5 star rating overall!My only complaint is that the rubber feet fell off in shipping and as I was removing it from the box. A better way of mounting these would be better or send an extra set with the board would be a great idea.

I really enjoy not having to clean a mess off my counter anymore since using this cutting board. I get to keep all the drippings in the cutting board. It also came with a free knife holder which was a nice touch. Good quality solid maple, I'm happy with my purchase.

I tested a watermelon out on the riged side and it does a fantastic job at collecting and manipulating the movement of the juices, but it is pretty clunky to leave out as a decorative cutting board. I'd give it a 5 star if it didn't have rubber feet that were black, it really takes away from the look of the board and they should definetly go with clear instead.

Overall, happy with this product. It is a bit bulky but that was expected. It works well at catching juices from fruits and meats. It is easy to clean and dries quickly. Quality seems pretty good and no issues with stains or cracking as of yet.

Built to impress, this monolithic cutting board is both practical and profound. Just don't drop it on your foot!There's two sides: one for your roasts and big birds and the other for when you need lots of room to cut up multiple ingredients. When I saw the pictures, I was slightly concerned about the stability when in 'inverted pyramid' mode, but no it is rock steady. Both sides have rubber feet so it won't slip either.I carved up a little incidental roast on it. The meat perhaps wasn't a particularly special cut, but wow did it look cool on the ziggurat of juice grooves. My kids weren't quite as impressed as I was but I think your guests will be.Now some things to know: the booklet recommends oiling it with an appropriate oil every 2-3 weeks. It is also recommended not to use large serrated knives on it (I did anyways-- extremely cautiously.) It just barely fits in my sink with no wiggle room.There's a roll up knife holder included so maybe you could roll up some knives, load this cutting board up in your car and take it out to barbecue in a park to prove some kind of point. What point? I don't know but whatever point it is it will look fantastic on top of this monument!
