We collect fresh Anchovy fish direct from small sea boats. For our export purpose, we Pre-Cleaned Hand-picked fishes carefully and removed the bone, head, and tail. Then dried in a very clean environment. We use the In-House Electrical drying method in a Closed, Sealed Facility to secure the quality and nutritious content Intact. We add optimum salt and do not use any chemical preservatives. My Village Pre-Cleaned Boneless anchovies are 100% natural and have zero wastage product.
