This is great for any gym big or small. There are a lot of workouts for every part of the body. The wall mount is perfect.

This is an outstanding complete TRX kit. I installed it on a ceiling joist in my basement and it works perfectly. It is great to have this type of professional equipment in your own home so you can use it when you want. The kit is great for the price and the product was authentic. I really enjoy using TRX as a supplement to my other workout routines.

Set up was simple enough. I used the front door before we drilled the metal anchor into a beam in the basement. The second location also allows for more and better space to utilize the TRX.

I mix the TRX with weight training and love the TRX system. The only recommendation I have is if you are looking to anchor the TRX system into concrete block in the basement, the wall anchors that come with the system are not long enough and could come loose; my contractor installed longer ones that were more secure. I'm not saying the ones that came with the system won't work, but the contract felt it was best to add more security because of the way the system is designed to be used.Judi

My wife and I have been using a TRX system at the gym for years with great results. I basically got tired to have to search for systems people had moved or spending time untangling systems people had tied into knots. It was time to get our own.

Bought a "refurbished". It was missing a part. Had to return it and bought a new one.
