Both ends of box were torn open and 4 crucial pieces were missing - due to mishandling by delivery! Emailed Greenstell Customer service and they quickly replied and sent a full replacement, even following up to make sure replacement was received and in good order! Excellent CS. All pieces screw together very easily and is just what I needed for hanging my wreaths on.

I gotta say. It is easy to assemble. Sturdy. Everything fits as it should. Light weight. The screws on the other hand are terrible. They don’t hold not even with the drywall support studs it brings. Had to use wood screws and find the beam on the wall. Does not hold in drywall no matter what.

I like the finish on the pipe and the overall look, kind of industrial. A couple of years ago I grew tired of replacing the toilet paper holders at my job, after a search on Pinterest I discovered towel racks and toilet paper holders made of pipe - perfect for work, heavy duty non breakable. What I needed at home was a hanger for my mountain bike jerseys and pants with no oil or residue on it. The finish on the rack is great and it still retains the industrial look. It is not as heavy duty as pipe and fittings from Home Depot, but it's perfect for clothing. Easy to install, keeps my stuff organized.Good Investment.

I bought this for my hanging plants and love it. It's sturdy and I love the look. A tip on installation, if you're attaching it to drywall then don't use the anchors/screws they give you. Get the metal self drilling anchors, drill holes using a drill bit smaller than the screw and this won't budge. I put this up alone in about 20 minutes. I know alot of reviews said it's a 2 person job but I was short a person. I just put the bar together and held it where I wanted it, marked the center wholes and then put my anchors in the center one only. Then I screwed the center in completely and measured from the bottom to make sure I marked the wholes on the next end evenly. Then I put the anchors in the next end and screwed them in completely before doing the same to the last end. It was a smooth process and I'm thrilled with how it came out. I was skeptical but this looks better than I imagined. If you're hesitant, don't be.Edit: I loved the look and ease of installing so much I purchased another for my south facing window as well. If you're looking to use it for hanging plants you won't regret buying this. I even have a few ceramic pots on these so it's definitely solid when using the metal drywall anchors I bought separately.

My daughter installed this in her bedroom. That’s awesome and now it functions exactly as expected. This is sturdy and fits the space she needs to fit. The assembly was easy.

4 of the screws stripped & the head broke off of 1 before I decided to just go buy decent screws.

After assembly (easy) this smart looking rail was easily installed and provided excellent support for our seasonal coats

Good price for this product. Exactly what I was expecting from the pictures. It’s an industrial style, and this is what I was looking for.
