The only issue with it is that the corners of the back and arm rest have about a 1 inch gap between them where they meet after the couch is assembled. BUT, it doesn't seem to have any effect on the overall stability, and with the back cushions on, it is entirely invisible.Otherwise this couch is AMAZING!!!! The construction is amazingly simple but entirely effective, the cushions hold a lot of weight comfortably, the storage is invaluable, and the color is just chef's kiss. Will try to remember to update the review in a couple of months after the couch has gotten some wear, and I can see how it holds up. Otherwise, I am 100% happy with this purchase, and that is a relief considering I was buying it online and spent hours going through different options and doing research before deciding on this one.

This convertible is a must buy especially if you have a small living room space. The seats are firm but comfortable. The size of the seat is big enough for proper sitting of adults. Easy to put together by yourself and comes with all the tools to do so. The fabric feels great on your skin and the color is nice also. The storage space in each sit is what sold me on this sectional but now I can’t wait to decorate with it.

Enclose my patio and made it a sunroof searched for small space furniture and come upon this beauty was hesitant about purchasing online without seeing it in person… compared the measurements with the space and ordered….received in 4/5 boxes within days of ordering best decision I made fit perfectly seats 4 two on sofa in one on each ottoman…..

It is very comfortable and It is just as described. It came fast. I ordered it on February 18 and it arrived on the 21st. The sofa sat just a little to low for me so I ordered replacement legs and it is perfect now. One of the boxes came damaged and the ottoman that was in it had 2 small holes. It reach out to the company and received a replacement ottoman the next day. The U-shaped bracelet on the top end of the seat did not fit so I reached out again and they sent me a replacement seat. The customer service is great!! I would order from them again. Actually I’m thinking about ordering another ottoman now to make it complete.

After months of trying to find a modular sectional to fit into my awkward space and reading hundreds of reviews, I pulled the trigger on this Belffin. As many others, I was super skeptical about buying a sofa online without trying it out. Reviews for this were extremely helpful as they addressed many of my concerns.Pros - Delivery ! I ordered this item on the 17th of August and it was at my door on the 19th. Came as promised in 6 separate boxes all manageable sizes ( they did show up together in my case, although they state shipment may be broken up and come in several deliveries ) Assembly - Easy! I did it alone and was using in a hour Construction - O.K. admittedly I wasn't expecting much, but I was surprised at the sturdiness and storage in each piece was such a bonus. Material - Velvet, well I never thought I'd go in this direction but I must admit so far I'm really liking it. Price - I did my research and looked at modular sectionals till I was cross eyed. I did not want to spend 2,500 - 7,000 and up for some of the more known brands out there. For the price, I would have to say your getting your moneys worth.Cons - Color. O.K. I am fine with the color myself. I knew when I purchased it based on reviews that if I bought the Grey it was going to be a very light grey and closer to a creamy color. Should be described as Taupe perhaps. Back - If you are a person who is looking for back support, this may not be for you. This is a lower profile piece. I am 5' tall so this is not an issue for me at all. A taller individual can reconfigure the pieces to make the chaise longer on one side to stretch out but you'd still have the short back.Overall - I would recommend. Finding anything comparable that would fit in my door and in my small space at a affordable price was difficult but I am pleased with the end result. Hope this helps and good luck on your search.UPDATED: One week of owning this sofa and I can't reach anyone directly at Belffin to tell me why the sofa I just received ( GREY ) no longer shows pillows even available for purchase. The automated generic email they sent told me nothing. I miss humans, can't they just give a customer service number. A big selling point to buying this couch was the versatility to add pieces. Can't do that if you can't get them ! I need TWO grey pillows!

I absolutely love this set! It’s gorgeous, perfect and comfortable! The seller communicated the item would come in 5 packages, it took two FedEx deliveries to get it all…received the second set a day after the first delivery.

This couch is firm but still comfortable. I love the color and fabric. I do wish that the back of the couch was taller. When sitting up straight, there’s not much back and neck support at all. Overall, you get what you paid for. Most couches that look like this are at least $2,000 so I can sacrifice some comfort for the great price.

I’ve been searching for something similar to Lovesac modular couches and this one I feel like came to the closest in a affordable value. it arrived quickly within 2-4 days. I assembled by myself which took relatively quickly. The instructions were easy to follow. The packaging came very well packed. The comfort of the couch is great; can’t complain. The softness of velvet is smooth and great quality. I will definitely buy from this distributor again. Looking to also buy another ottoman to add on. The only thing I’d recommend is to use your own screwdriver or flathead. The free one that came with it was cheap and didn’t quite fit in the head of the driver. Otherwise, everything else is simple and versatile.
