The Flash 2: Speed of Darkness

I ordered this for my almost 8 year old son. He loves flash and he really loves this as well. Well made, the pages are not easily ripped by little ones and the pages are full of vivid color- just wonderful! Glad my son is happy.

Something for Flash fans of every generation here. Much of the book focuses on the adventures of the young Kid Flash and his training by the Barry Allen Flash. The new hero seems very likable, though he is a bit too good, perhaps. In the midst of these stories, we also get some appearances from Wally West and a tease of Jay Garrick that ties into the larger mysteries of Rebirth. The central arc features a cameo by Shade. He seems very much the version from James Robinson's Starman series, but what was most interesting is that he seems to know of the "true" history of Allen and Iris West. In the current comic, they are struggling to be a couple, but previously their relationship was much more.Although I liked the overall story, I felt the art was not always appealing. This seems the norm for DC now with guest artists coming in to do an issue or two, but it makes the series feel too much like a try-out book.

Loved the storyline and the characters a bit late for rebirth just trying to catch up

Hands down one of my favorite comics. If you read the first volume this is a must read.

Standard Flash story. Writing is decent, but there is not anything special about the art.

Se o arco desta edição é bom, quase tanto quanto o anterior, o que peca é a arte. Não que seja ruim, não é. Mas os artistas que desenham esta parte da saga não se destacam, pelo simples fato de que tentam imitar os traços de Giandomenico, que, não se sabe por que, está ausente da edição.
