This is honestly a great ladder to help do things around the house. It is great because it doesn’t take too much space when being stored and it is easy to retract. The ladder is super sturdy and can hold weight. This was also easy to set up after taking it out of the package the instructions helped put it together.

Absolutely love this ladder. Lightweight, easy to use. Love the hooks for the top. Feels sturdy, even with my knees shaking because I'm scared of heights.Would definately buy again.

Nice ladder. I weigh 250 and the ladder handles my weight without an issue. I rated it 4 stars as it has more flex than my other tubular ladder. So the tubes could be built with a little tighter tolerance between the tubes. I understand that a certain amount of flex has to be expected in a tubular design where the tubes are made to slide inside each other. If you take out the gap that allows the tubes to slide inside each other it would remove the flex but take out too much and the ladder would not work. The gaps between the rungs are an improvement over other ladders preventing your fingers from getting pinched when the rungs collapse. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I was skeptical, I got the 14 feet and its actually pretty sturdy and much lighter than traditional ladders. Maybe it bents a little in the middle but its still strong.If you use a ladder once a week or less. This is perfect.

It’s ok. It’s well built. But the rungs that you step on are pretty thin and when the ladder is at an angle the rungs feel odd under your feet. But it works okay for the purpose I purchased it for. I was disappointed that it did not have the wide base on the 8.5’ ladder. I wrote an email to them to notify it’s missing but they sent me an email that says that size ladder doesn’t come with the base. Even though it was in the Amazon picture and in the instruction booklet picture that came inside the package. Nothing I can do about it I guess but it does lower my review.

This ladder is very useful for home use, but I think it is a little unsafe for commercial use, because the stairs are getting thinner and thinner, and it shakes a lot, so I don't have the courage to climb to the top. If there are only 4-5 steps, it is quite safe and more suitable for residents on the first floor.

The quality seemed ok until I tried to put the ladder together, but the bar to connect the wheels and foot pad was the wrong size for both putting the wheels/pad b and to connect both to the ladder. This sacrifices the safety of the ladder. Further safety issues was there were no directions on how to out it together. Thankful that Amazon has a good return policy and I was able to get my money back. The value of the prouct, the ease of transport and the functionality was never tested due to not being able to put it together.

The item received met my expectations: easy of assembly, stability and ease of storage. The item is of very good qualityand arrived on time.
