Good quality and also shreds credit cards !!! The buttons are quite hard however it serves the purpose

Does the job nicely
Purchased to replace a tired old shredder. This one is quieter and impressive how it churns the paper into tiny pieces. It’s mentioned this is not meant for heavy use so worth bearing in mind if you are intending on chopping up your historical paperwork collection!

Perfect for home use.
Bought this to replace an older version which was for office use. Now I only need a "home" version and this fits the bill perfectly; smaller that my old one, but works fine, quiet and efficient. Not had it long, so can't comment on how robust and durable it is, but having used several Fellows shredders, I expect no issues.

Good value for home use.
I’d previously had a larger Fellows shredder and knew it was a make you could trust. This one is good for home use and does the job. It does tend to overheat if you have a lot of shredding to do and it has to be left to cool down. The bin doesn’t hold a lot but very good value for home use

Effectively and reliably shreds for years
We've owned similar Fellowes Paper Shredders for several years now and they have worked consistently over this time and reliably. Just do not try to run for longer than 15 minutes at a time since they may get jammed if used for too long.
