The conference microphone came well packaged with a USB to USB-C cable and a well designed and clear user instruction guide. See photos.The product has a ‘good feel’ to it - the quality of the build is excellent and the microphone has a rubber base and being heavy enough, means it does not slide around the desktop.I set up the microphone on a Windows laptop, and also on an iMac and iPad (using a USB adapter) and it was very easy on all three.I tested using Skype and MS Teams and the quality of the sound at ‘the other end’ through the microphone is good quality.The mute button works very well and the LED ring light indicates very clearly if the mute is on or off.This is a well made product that is easy to install, works really well and is definitely something I would recommend.

Microphone worked really well and picked up voices clearly, but sadly the lead supplied didn’t work. However the customer service was first class. They rectify the situation. What more can you ask! The world is not perfect, but their customer service was.

Been using it for a couple of weeks now it seems to be perfectly OK. I keep forgetting it has a mute button but that could be very helpful when I remember.

Easy to use and works well

Used this a couple of times & seems ok now but there is a bit of a knack to getting it placed just right & it’s not as sensitive as it’s made out to be. You get what you pay for…
