I don’t even leave reviews, however this company deserves recognition.I purchased this piece and when it was originally delivered, it did not work, I contacted their customer service team who got back to me right away, and after an explanation they requested proof of the product not working, obviously, but I was having technical difficulties on my own end and wasn’t able to send what they requested. Even with little to go off of, they got back to me right away and said a replacement would be on the way.The replacement got here and I couldn’t be happier about it, the product itself is cool and well made, but what stands out to me is the incredible customer service, absolutely exemplary and very professional. I’m not sure what else this company even sells, but if I or anyone I know wants similar wall art, these guys are my first stop, as I know I’ll get exactly what I pay for and more. Awesome job.

Looks excellent. Not sure if it's the glass or light quality, but this gives off the "neon" vibe I was looking for that the other LED Neon signs I bought didn't. The only reason I knocked off a star is that the switch on the power cable doesn't do anything, so I have to unplug it entirely to turn it off.1 Year Update: While I still love this piece, I have to knock another star off. I'm not sure if I got an unlucky item out of quality control, or if they use cheap electrical parts. It still works, however most times I turn it on I have to fiddle with the power socket to keep the light output stable. Usually I have to plug/unplug it 3-5 times to stop it from having a constant flicker, while plugging it at random angles. For the price I expect better quality.

The 1st one didn't work and I still need to take time off to go to the drop off to return it. The company mailed me a relacement right away.The 2nd - love it! It's very pretty. A little brighter at night than I had inagined but overall great for the money. Super easy to assemble.

I bought this for more art classroom and it broke after three months! Disappointed because I splurged on it. I reached out to the company and they replaced the item.

I thought this would be a really cool addition to my bathroom since it goes really well with the shower curtain. Yeah I do really love the Great Wave and have several images of it in my house in different media. It all started in the 70s when a marketing firm created a piece of advertising for a client that has since eclipsed the client as the artwork was more important and unique. They took the Great Wave and more or less split the image into 3 sections - the left side was the original waves, the middle section was pixelated and the right side was a wave form (horizontal and vertical lines bent to represent the waves). That doesn't really sound like much, but understand that the image was create BEFORE home computers, and before graphics software! I have one of those limited edition lithographs and that is why I have a thing for images of the Great Wave. This lighted version is really very pretty and makes a great "night light" in my bathroom. I have it sitting atop a small, narrow wire rack near the bathtub. Very pretty light!

This is an amazing sign. The art is awesome, the lights are cool and everything about this screams incredible. You plug it in, turn it on and you have a well lit sign. The plug for this item is pretty long, the on and off switch is easy to access and this is a really cool conversation piece.The sign is made of a tough plastic and the lights are well placed around the picture. The sign is bright.This is a well made light up sign. It should last for a long time. There is no problem hanging it on the wall and so far it has shown no indication that it will fall off. If you are looking for a neat, well made sign like this one check this one out. You will not be disappointed.

Too bright and won’t work with a dimmer. If you could dim it it would be 4 star

I bought 2 initially, one for me and 1 for my buddy. His worked fine but mine was DOA. I gave him the working one. I got my first one replaced and the one they replaced it with flickers on and off. The issue is probably with the packaging, they'll hopefully fix it soon though. After some headaches, they refunded me in full directly.
