These were the best products we found for my father. He could wear these the entire night and have dry sheets in morning. You pay for what you get with these, so if you want quality, don't skimp. They fit him well and stayed on (aside from him attempting to pull them off). If you're caring for a loved one and need something that's durable and does its job well, then go with this product.

It has great absorbency but the tabs doesn't stay fastened! Even if you removed the blue strip that allows you to reposition. So we had a lot of wet beds and it would fall down when he walked. Perhaps it stays put better in somewho is less mobile. But for us it was less than spectacular experience and we gave it several cases. In the end we went back to Tranquility EliteCare and added two liners which still isn't as absorbent but stays put.
