I haven't built the kit yet. I don't believe that the wheels are movable.

Q: What paint colors do i need for them?

It should have a painting guide in the kit. Flat Dark Gull Gray, Flat Gray, Flat Black are some of the colors you would need. There are probably others.

Q: How many pieces/parts to assemble?

I am not sure exactly, but I would guess around 50.
