This combo is the exact mg that my doctor suggested. It is a large pill but a long thin capsule so I am able to swallow it. Delevery is prompt.

I wish it contained more selenium, but it does seem to help.

Within 2 weeks of starting this supplement I surprisingly had more energy! I haven’t had new blood work but I’m feeling as if my levels are better.

I have an underactice thyroid which can resut in restless sleep. After reading about inositol I added this to Magnesium at bedtime and fall into a deep, restul sleep. Highly recommend!

I've been watching a lot more videos of late about the thyroid, autoimmunity and issues with enlarged nodules on the thyroid. One doctor I watched explained the importance of taking Selenium when you have these issues. She said it helps with the nodules and also helps prevent them from turning to cancer. I truest her so I believe there must be something to it. I have already had half mine removed and the other is enlarged. I don't want another surgery and I sure don't want it morphing into cancer. That's why I decided to start staking this. I think this is an excellent reputable brand and I hope it will have good absorption for me. I don't know how I will be able to tell exaclt if this goes down or if it prevents the cancer, but I sure would like help preventing it because I have had so many issues with this for over 20 years now. It's a great idea to start putting this out there for the thyroid. It says the other ingredient in here is Inosistol for hormone balance. That is definitely an issue for me as well so I'm hoping this will be a game changer for me. I will update if there is change in it's physical characteristics of in how I feel after taking the whole bottle.

I have had Hashimotos Thyroid disease since I was 13. After turning 38 this summer I wanted to try something different. I took the supplements for a week, but unfortunately the side effects were too much for me. Headaches and nausea were the worst.
