Skip this boat and skip the other products from Gawegm
Build quality on this wood kit is a bit lacking. Attachment bits are too strong causing parts to stick to wood spru. Metal and dowel details are nice but I spend too much time repairing broken bits from wood parts made too thin. As a side note glue is required. I may be a bit spoiled by other well engineered kits that go together without glue, these pieces require it as tolerances are too large resulting in the model falling apart during and after assembly. Its too bad Gawegm has a few neat kits listed but will have to stay away if the build quality is the same…Additionally canvas is provided for the sails but not enough was provided for the main square…

Not the Dutch Royal Barge. A mashup of anonymous royal barge decor on an oriental hull and superstructure. No instructions for hull planking.

Parts too flimsy to use breaks in your hand!
There is no way this can be built with the current materials. Instructions are terrible and parts do not fit! Do not waste your money or time!
