The outer layer is 100% cotton Oeko-tex 08.RA.56973

Q: Is there anywhere on the tag that indicates weight of blanket? i.e. light, medium, heavy.

The lower on the page detailed description lists it as 2.2 lbs. That was what I looked for in my search for a light weight duvet. Many others were listed 4-5 lbs.

Q: Does this keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer?

Don’t know of many covers that keep one “cool.” This is lightweight and warm in cool weather, lightweight and not too warm in warmer weather.
