What did I like or dislike about my product? I dislike knowing that there is an elephant out there somewhere missing his ear, and quite possibly having the side of his head shoved into a space helmet that belongs to my astronaut. Now I will admit there would be some very advantages animal features astronauts could use to make space travel easier, but elephant ears is not one of them. With no air in space there is no sound, so having astronauts with large elephant ears would just be impractical. I would have preferred the frog legs that you sell for my astronaut, so that he could climb around the ISS easier. I will happily update my review once my astronaut can happily float around space without animal appendages protruding from his helmet.

I'll start off with the good: the pictures look great once they're on the wall. I hung them on the wall across from our bed in the master bedroom, so we go to bed and wake up looking at a tropical paradise.However, getting these on the wall is an extremely painful experience that took two tries because I got so frustrated the first time. There's a couple of reasons for this. First, you have to attach the hanging hardware to the frame yourself. It's not overly difficult to do if you have the right tools (I have a drill driver), but it seems like a simple step wall26 could have taken to save time. Second, if you thought trying to get one picture to hang straight on the wall was tough, try getting three of them lined up perfectly. Unless you have a large level or a laser level (and likely even if you do), there will be a lot of trial and error to get these looking like they're supposed to. The end result is worth it, but it would have been nice to just include a simple template in the box to help you line things up (like Pfister does with towel bars).

The wooden canvas is not at all straight. I tried getting the 3 pictures straight for an hour, filling my wall with pencil marks. Eventually I realized the pictures themselves are straight. I live with it, but I expected more quality.Edit: I received an email from the company out of the blue asking about my slightly defective product. They assured they'd send me a new one free of charge! It really is impressive to see a company go out of their way to better the situation. Even better the new product came in no time. Thanks guys, highly reccommend.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is well worth The $80... The picture is very clear, no blurs or discoloration. I get compliments on it all the time. Thinking about getting a different picture for another room. Highly recommended.

We love this elephant picture. It looks great in the living room. It arrived in perfect condition. There is a small white section where the paint came off but it's barely noticeable.

Bought the product for an aerospace office. Arrived in decent shape. Unshipped the panels and discovered that one had a sag in the lower portion of the frame. It appears this was a mounting issue from the manufacture and it took some time for me to shore the sag with double sided tape and tacking. Spacing between panels needs to be adjusted based on perspective. Start by mounting the center panel first and use some judgment on spacing for the other two. I'd highly recommend using a laser level to mount all three panels with some very accurate markings on the frame mounts. Hardware was acceptable, but take precision measurements for positioning using the top frame as a reference.

I am giving 4 stars because the canvas is not level, and when placed together there are gaps in between the pictures. The frames are uneven, and they are not wrapped tightly. I like the picture, but it is not as clear as in the picture depicted. Overall it looks nice and I like the artwork, but little things were off. I think this is a good buy for the price.
