Paperback Book
This review is on the physical condition of the book and not its content. To be honest this rental book should be taken out of circulation after me when I received it the confition was not all that great. It is a paperback book you cant get but so many uses out of it

Well.. it is a book..
Readable, and I am thankful that I was able to rent this book and not buy it for 4x's the price my university bookstore marked it up to be. However, the book that was sent to me has seen better days, and it has water damage. Also, I am not sure where to ship/return it after I'm finished with it; there was no return label enclosed.

Heavily Marked
I understand its a rental but the writing is excessive and distracting. At least it's way cheaper than buying it.

GREAT BUY!
I bought because it was required reading for my Grad Program class, but it walks that fine line between overly technical and user friendly VERY WELL. I cannot say how relieving it was to read the clear, concise and well-written chapters, they were all very informative and useful. I plan to keep this one on my desk bookshelf at work, now that the class is over.

Business Communications
Very informative book for the communications aspect of business. Learned a variety of techniques from ways to talk to others, ethics, wordiness, so on and so forth. Analyzing the case examples provided great insight on real life situations.

Horrible rip off
Horrible rip off.... didnt even use once in class. If you go to CSUF and take BUAD 301 it is not necessary at all. I bought it used for $80 !! and it costs $76 new. smh and i just had this class this semester. US education system is sadly deteriorating to BUSINESS not knowledge. Ironic how this is a business class by the way...
