This adapter works great for my Dell XPS 15 laptop Thunderbolt 3 connector
I don't post reviews for items that work as expected. But based on some negative reviews read, I had to post. This adapter works great for my Dell XPS 15 laptop Thunderbolt 3 connector. I am using it to connect a TB16 docking station. The fit is good, charging works, video as well as USB devices are working properly. I think the long Thunderbolt 3 connector is a bad design making the cable stick out too far from your device and will cause the device receptacle to wear out over time. This is a great solution.

Works with MacBook Pro and LG UltraFine 5K display
Great! I switch my LG Ultrafine 5K monitor between a MacBook Pro (personal) and a MacBook (work) regularly. I wanted an adapter so that I don't wear out the monitor plug. I can confirm this works and I can get full 5K. Thank you!

Does its job well
I really do like the itemized just feel like for a single individual one of these was a little bit pricey. but I needed one, just one and it works perfect so my phone charging cords don't break down as fast now that I can set it flat on something without bending the cord

Takes up very little room
The item worked exactly as I had hoped and I am very happy that it takes up very little room on the side of my computer. I no longer have a USB plug and cable extending far from the computer and interfering with my mouse movements.

Good basic product; but durable?
I use this with a car phone mount. It works fine. The cable clicks into the female end, but doesn't seem to go all the way in, making me wonder if it's going to be prone to the cable popping out as time goes by.

Does the Job
Works well and supports PD (Power Delivery). The Nintendo Switch benefits from this adapter, it reduces strain on the charging port as it has a lower profile. It could be a little stronger, it seems to be bending some.

Woohoo! These work with thunderbolt 3 @ 40Gbps allowing me to put my mouse closer to my laptop when gaming on external graphics, which is exactly what I wanted.
