I have an 8 month old America Pit Corso who has annihilated the ends of this bone in 1 day, but he was finishing Himalayan yak chews in 2 days at 4 months old... so, he's kind of a crazy chewer. He loves this thing & I have to take it away from him to give his mouth a break. I honestly don't know how long the bone will last, but I don't let him chew on it for long periods of time. Others have stated that their dogs have gotten sick from this treat & my fur baby has a very sensitive stomach. He cannot have certain things, but I am happy to report that he has not had diarrhea or vomiting from this. I was also worried about the bone leaving stains on our two accent rugs, but there isn't anything that I can see. It does make a mess so be prepared to vacuum, but it's smaller peices not chunks at least. My puppy also has the worst breath after munching on the Jack&Pup bone, but that's nothing a little breath biscuit or brushing his teeth won't fix. He's a very happy boy.

Was impressed with the size XL! I wanted a long lasting bone for my American Pitbull Terrier, but much to my surprise the size of the bone! Lol she stayed on that bone for over an hour, before took a break. We haven't seen any digestive issues, and no smell, just particles to sweep up. Much better than the nylon bones.24hrs later, she has dissected the ball to socket end, but still has much to go! Would definitely recommend this for your power chewers! Dogs loved them. I have 0 complaints. They are huge and with my 3 very large German Shepherds, (one of which is over 125 lbs LEAN) are still working on these a week later and I don't see that ending anytime soon. Not sure I would recommend these to smaller dog owners just because I think they would try to pick them up and move them which could result in a broken tooth, they are very heavy and awkwardly long.

It keeps our puppy occupied instead of chewing on blankets and barking for attention. Since he has separation anxiety if it wasn't for bones like this that would be an issue. He has managed to break off splinters or chunks but never in the time frame of a day at work. The bones last quite a while before he can even get a splinter off (which I just throw), much longer than other brands anyway. So if you have an anxious dog, I recommend these bones since it seems to occupy his time well.

Every Christmas I buy these and wrap them to put under the tree. The wrapped bone-shaped Dog Bones are part of the decoration. The dogs tear these up. They do make a mess, so I recommend letting them chew out on a porch. Keep an eye on them because the bones can shatter. I tend to monitor, walk around, and pick up the discarded parts as they tend to focus on the largest portion still left. This is the case with many dog bones, so I won't remove stars for that.

I bought this two months ago and while the outer layer has been chewed off for awhile, the bone is still well intact! I have a German Shepherd who is a heavy chewer and she loves to eat through raw hides like they’re nothing so this bone has been a really great investment. She seems less interested in it now that the really tasty outer part of the bone has been chewed off but she still chews on it versus chewing on the furniture or my shoes so I say it’s a good investment and I’ll likely be ordering another one once she works through this one a little more.

Huge pup that doesn't know how adorable he is was able to snap in half and share with our smaller kinder lab. Lasted days longer than most store bought chew bones. Great price for two. Highly recommend.

I have a Siberian Husky and he brings this to bed currently. Not his, mine. He likes it that much. He goes to town on it while I'm working from home and lasted longer than I expected. Great value! It's oily but keeps my dog busy- I'm happy!
