So far I have had these for a few days and am using them under tower speakers. First may I say I live in a co-op on the second floor. The old lady under me knocks all the time and that was with ALL the bass turned down. The speakers are vintage Technics towers with two 12" woofers, per speaker, that are VERY bassie ( if that's a word), so I understand why she would bang. That being said I have been playing my stereo and she hasn't knocked so far. I even turned the bass up just to see and nothing so far. The funny thing is I still hear the bass just fine if not better. Seems tighter. I would absolutely recommend these isolation pads. For the price and look I couldn't recommend more enthusiastically. I will keep testing and if anything changes I will re-post.2/7/24- Months later and I stand by my first review. These pads have absolutely isolated the bass. The old lady still has not banged on her ceiling. These pads do the job and look good. You can not find anything as good for the price. Most will be at least double the money. Still VERY happy!!

I tried to find the smallest footprint noise isolation pads and these fit the bill. Perfect for my Nakamichi Dragon setup. They're sturdy enough to hold the subs. I probably wouldn't put a 50lb sub on it. I think 30-ish pounds at most.It's good for getting rid of the boomy noise when the base hits a bare floor. I think with carpet not necessary unless you really need that extra layer.

I had 2 sets of the same brand of speakers, and they had subwoofers but didn't seem all too much bass for what I like. I got these and Oh, MY! Beautiful bass! I didn't buy them for that intent, but rather as cushioning with the furniture they were on.

these work very well in keeping the vibration out of the floor, using a turntable they make a REAL difference(using Klipsch r120sw subs. i cut 3 inches off the back to match the depth, it was VERY easy to cut, there is no steel top like i think the listing refers to in the description

I wasn't sure this was going to do much, but holy cow! The low frequency in my living room tightened up and got all punchy. Trust me....buy this and slap it under your sub. Frankly slap it under your floor standing speaker too. I am so impressed by what they do for the bass!

So this product definitely does help reduce sounds. Be aware through, it is a lot bigger than the measurements given.

Size is great for my 8" and my 10" subs. Currently doubled them to elevate the sub. Sounds better than on the floor.
